1. Course Enrolment and FeesAll course fees are clearly mentioned on our website.
By enrolling in a course, you agree to pay the specified fee in full before accessing the course materials.
2. Refund EligibilityWe offer refunds only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged twice for the same course due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate payment in full.
- Course Cancellation by Us: If ATC Digital Training cancels a course for any reason and you are unable to switch to an alternative course, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Request Before Access: If you request a refund before accessing any course materials (videos, downloadable content, or online sessions), you are eligible for a full refund.
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- If you have already accessed course materials, attended live sessions, or downloaded resources.
- If you request a refund after the course has been partially or fully completed.
- If you fail to complete the course within the access period provided.

- Course name
- Payment receipt or transaction ID
- Reason for the refund request
Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
5. Refund ProcessingApproved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refunded amount in your account.
6. Course Transfer or ReplacementInstead of a refund, we may offer you an option to transfer your enrolment to another available course of equal value, based on your consent.
