Mr. Narayannan, a qualified Mechanical Engineer and Steam Certificate Engineer, has over 30 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of Palm Oil Mills, Glove Manufacturing Plants, and Cable Manufacturing Plants. He specializes in the operation and maintenance of thermal boilers and chiller systems.
He has undergone advanced training in the United Kingdom, Germany, and Italy in controls, automation systems, and cable manufacturing. He has conducted numerous public and in-house welding training programs in collaboration with SIRIM, FMM, RCFISET University Malaya, and OUM. These programs cater to a variety of industries including palm oil, rubber, cement, mining, and shipyard sectors.
Currently, he is actively involved in failure analysis and wear problem solutions across palm oil and other industries. His ongoing R&D project focuses on “How to Save Millions by Reducing Spare Part Inventory.”
He has conducted approximately 100 public programs on Reclamation Welding Technology (Certificate Course) for the Palm Oil Industry and Repair and Maintenance Welding Technology for General Industries. He also conducts Welders Certification courses - SMAW (ASME Section IX - 3G / 6G).
